The first step is to send us your samples and drawings related to your project, along with your required drawing standards, expected timelines for the project and details for the CAD services to be provided.

Email is the most convenient and also the easiest way to get in touch with us. You can also get in touch with us through fax or telephone or video conference in case you need to clarify anything. We are available round the clock.
What file sizes do we work with?
Well, we can handle data and images that can go up to 500 MB for PCX files, and up to A0 size. TIFF files can be sent as large as 900 MB.
What format should we send the file in?
You can send the file in any graphic file format like TIFF, JPEG, GIF, etc.
What is the ideal DPI for scanning papers?
Papers should ideally be scanned at 150 dpi or higher so their data is clear and visible.
Do you work with original hard copies or copies of drawings?
Sure. You can mail us the copies at our office through regular post or courier it to us using any courier (like FedEx, DHL, etc.)
What is your minimum turn-around time?
We will get back to you within 24 hours after receiving the files, since we work in shifts.
What CAD standards do you follow?
We can create projects in any CAD standard our clients choose. If no information is provided to us, we generally use ISO guidelines, OSHA Rules or AIA by default.
Can I fax you the documents?
You can fax us the documents but you will have to cut them into A4 size and ensure that the detailed information is clear and no loss of information is there. Faxes are received with an 80% success rate with regard to quality and clarity.
Do you have qualified staff?
Our entire CAD team has years of experience and come from varied engineering backgrounds like Civil, Mechanical, and Architectural, etc. All of them are very proficient in CAD related software, especially in, Pro/E, solid works, Inventor, UG, MDT & AutoCAD.
How can we make payment?
You can make payment in US Dollars, Pound Sterling, Euro or any currency through bank transfer or cheque mailed to our bank account.
Will the drawings done look different if they are done by you offshore?
Since we use AIA/ISO standards or any other standards that are given to us, the drawing will be of the same quality as one done anywhere else, if not better.
How secure is the data?
We ensure that we protect your computer & paper data files with the highest security measures. Once the project is completed, we return or destroy all the original paper drawings and project files as required by the client.
