Features of our Quality Assurance Standards

  • A Quality Management System that is well defined
  • Independently conducted quality checks, assurance and certifications that follow client-specific Quality Assurance test strategies
  • Well documented reports like project track records, quality check reports, etc.
  • A feedback system that is open and well-oriented
  • Good technical support interface for better client satisfaction
  • Utilizing client feedback to improve quality and performance standards

How the process works

We pass any completed project to our (QC) Quality Check department to review the quality of the work. The QC department then proceeds to conduct a minimum two tier QC (sometimes, a three-tier QC system is used if the project is more complex in nature). Then, the QC team compares original drawings provided with the finished drawings that have been done.

QC checks that are done are:

For 2D Drafting & Detailing, we QC to check

  • If layers are according to client requirements
  • Dimensions & Tolerances are correct when compared to the input
  • Drawings are up to Scale according to client's requirement
  • CAD standards like line thickness, Nomenclature, text height, arrow type, dimension text, line type, general notes, & arrows, Typical dimensionings, detail veiws,Explode views etc. are present correctly
  • Title block is present with relevance to the drawing

For Structural Design & Analysis, we QC to check

  • The structural elements for problems
  • Material Property
  • Sections
  • Load combinations and Loadings according to relevant codes
  • If design calculations are in order

For 3D Modelling, Animation & Walkthrough, we QC to check

  • The View Path
  • Plate Per second
  • Rendering checks for sagraphy, etc.
  • Human, landscape etc.
  • CAD standards and layers like text, colour, etc.
  • Camera Angles
  • Model dimensions along with input
  • Proportions of the model taken with its surroundings
  • Input Material Specifications

If the quality check department finds any errors with the drawings or projects, the work is returned back to the team handling the project for further editing and instructions on modifications to be made. A difference of more than 20% in the project from the finished product is instantly handed over to a new team member. The QC process passes the project on to the Project Manager along with its report. The Project manager then presents the project to the client only after it has been satisfied that all the client specific requirements have been met.
